A mechanical engineer from REC Surat, Mr. Ramesh Sharma is a well-versed all rounder in the industry. He completed his post diploma in "tools and manufacturing" from GTZ Germany, followed by a comprehensive course on "Industrial Engineering" at REFA Institute of Industrial Engineering, Germany. He has an impressive working experience of 45 years in various public and private sector industries, namely, Batliboi, HMT, GSMT, Eicher Tractor, CTR to name a few. His expertise and commitment towards his work allowed him to fill the shoes of various positions in diversified capacity. Since 1994 until he became an integral part of JRG Group, he served the role of Vice President - Operations, at Kangaro Group of Industries.

Since his graduation in 1980, Mr. Oneda has garnered over 39 years of extensive and technical experience with some one of the most advanced Japanese enterprises. Having served internationally, he brings to JRG a unique package of knowledge and support. Previously, he has been employed by Calsonic Kansei, Sony, Toyoflex, Katolec and Pros Carrier to name a few.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and rich and extensive experience of 47 years in the Indian Automotive sector, Mr. Verma has been an invaluable asset to JRG for the last 6 years. Previously he has worked with the Auto Trim Division of Birla Corporation Ltd. for 11 years, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. for 13 years and Sellowrap Industries India Pvt. Ltd. for 5 years, to name a few. From project coordination, to plant head, to purchase and human resource development, it is Mr. Verma's versatility of the plethora of knowledge he possesses that makes him a distinct and significant member of the JRG Team. In his words, "my principle of working has been to do whatever work you are doing with full efficiency and honest so that you need not repent later about lack of your efforts if desired results are not achieved."

Mr. Jain completed his B.Com in 1987, and went on to acquire his chartered accountant rank from ICAI in 1991. Since then, he has collected 26 years of priceless experience in strategic planning, finance and accounts. Ltd. His communication skills, market knowledge and convincing agility have been pioneering attributes in JRG's new business acquisition.

Mr. Sharma only reunited with JRG in 2019. In the past, he has had a long-standing relationship with JRG and headed the foundation of current Unit-1, almost 7 years ago. Cumulatively, he has more than 30 years of experience and holds a PG Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology.

He has worked in all divisions of HR such as Strategy; Training & Development; PMS; Compliance and Legal. Mr. Kumar possesses vast knowledge in managing and developing human capital that makes him a distinct and significant member of the JRG Team.
