Mr. Abhay Jain

Mr. Jain completed his B.Com in 1987, and went on to acquire his chartered accountant rank from ICAI in 1991. Since then, he has collected 26 years of priceless experience in strategic planning, finance and accounts. Mr. Santosh kumar
AVP – NPD& Tooling
Santosh comes from 26 years of experience in Automotive Tier -1 organizations like Motherson , Alpha Maier, Sunvaccum formers and Lifelong India .He has proven track records of setting up the R& D department with Designing, prototyping, serial tooling with latest technology and handing over the projects to production team. An engineering graduate, he has travelled across geographies at supplier and customer end and has exposure of managing partners and serving major OEMs
Mr. Dilip Verma
General Manager (Projects and HR)
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and rich and extensive experience of 47 years in the Indian Automotive sector, Mr. Verma has been an invaluable asset to JRG for the last 6 years. Previously he has worked with the Auto Trim Division of Birla Corporation Ltd. for 11 years, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. for 13 years and Sellowrap Industries India Pvt. Ltd. for 5 years, to name a few. From project coordination, to plant head, to purchase and human resource development, it is Mr. Verma’s versatility of the plethora of knowledge he possesses that makes him a distinct and significant member of the JRG Team. In his words, “my principle of working has been to do whatever work you are doing with full efficiency and honest so that you need not repent later about lack of your efforts if desired results are not achieved.”
